Founder Daniel Whitaker grew up in Leeds and entered the trade after leaving college. His first practical experience came working alongside family friend Peter Mallinson, a local plumber and property maintenance tradesman. Daniel started with the less glamorous jobs: removing old bathroom suites, carrying materials, preparing walls and floors and helping solve the awkward problems found in older houses. That early experience gave him a lasting respect for preparation and for the parts of bathroom work that disappear behind the finished surfaces.
Daniel later spent several years working on domestic refurbishment projects across Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. He found that homeowners often wanted something simpler than a showroom sales process. They wanted someone to look at the actual room, explain what could realistically be done and take the practical details seriously. Bathroom Renovations Leeds grew from that idea.
Today Daniel works with bathroom fitter and tiler Callum Rhodes and project coordinator Hannah Sutcliffe. The team covers complete bathroom renovation as well as refurbishment, showers, wet rooms, baths and individual fixtures.
